Common questions
How do I log a sale?
Tap any item tile on the main screen. The sale is logged instantly. To set a quantity, long-press the tile. To enter a custom price, open the item and edit it from the item sheet.
What does "settle" mean?
Settling closes the day, locks the total, and starts a new selling day. Tap Settle in the top bar when you're done. If you forget, Pecki auto-settles at midnight so your streak and history stay accurate.
I lost signal mid-day. Will my sales still save?
Yes. Pecki is offline-first. Every tap is saved locally and queued for sync. The moment you reconnect, queued sales upload automatically. You won't lose a single tap.
How do I subscribe to Pecki Pro?
Open the app, go to Settings → Pecki Pro, and pick monthly or yearly. Pro unlocks unlimited sales history and full reports. Cancel anytime from your device's app store subscription settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your device's app store, not by Pecki. Open your store's account or subscriptions settings, find Pecki, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refund requests for App Store purchases go through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find your Pecki purchase, and request a refund. Apple decides each request individually; Pecki cannot issue refunds directly.
I switched phones. How do I restore my data?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally. Pecki restores your items, history, and subscription automatically. If something looks missing after a few minutes, email support@peekingowl.com with your Apple ID email and we'll help.
Restore Purchases isn't working.
Pull to refresh in Settings → Pecki Pro. Make sure you're signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID that bought the subscription. If it still doesn't restore, email us with your transaction ID. You can find it in your Apple purchase history.
Can I export my sales data?
Pro users can share daily reports as PDF from the report sheet. Full CSV export is on the roadmap. Let us know if you'd like it sooner so we can prioritize.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all your sales, items, and history within 30 days. Subscriptions cancel automatically. You can also email support@peekingowl.com and we'll handle it for you.
